Rules of the Event:


Round 1: General IT Questions – This opening round will assess participants' breadth of knowledge across a wide range of IT topics, such as current technology trends and basic programming. The round consists of multiple-choice questions.


Round 2: Scenario-Based Challenges - Participants will be given real-world IT management scenarios and must devise strategic solutions. This round tests their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations, emphasizing decision-making, resource management, and problem-solving.


Round 3: Personal Interview - The final round involves a one-on-one interview where participants will discuss their career aspirations, leadership style, and vision for the future of IT. Judges will assess their communication skills, confidence, and potential to thrive as an IT manager.


Judgment Criteria:


Knowledge Depth: Participants will be evaluated on the accuracy and depth of their responses, particularly in how well they demonstrate their understanding of various IT concepts and management strategies.


Problem-Solving Ability: The scenario-based round will assess participants' capability to think on their feet and provide innovative solutions to complex, real-world challenges.


Communication and Confidence: The personal interview round will focus on how effectively participants can communicate their ideas and present themselves as capable IT leaders.
